He has taken 14 wickets and won the Player of the Series award for his stunning performance in the five-match T20I series against England.
His record-breaking performance made him the second-highest-ranked bowler in the ICC Men’s T20I Bowler rankings. Varun was also handed a maiden ODI call-up to the Indian team for the ongoing three-match ODI series against England after his stunning showing in the T20I series.

After a slow start, Beth Mooney bounced back with a half-century in the third ODI and continued her stellar form in the T20I matches, scoring 213 runs at an impressive strike rate of 146.89. Her standout knock was an unbeaten 94 off 63 balls in Adelaide.
